Product Review – Long-term use of nusinersern in teenage and adult populations with Spinal Muscular Atrophy

As part of our series focussing on medicines in Australia, we have added a product review of the use of nusinersen heptadecasodium in Spinal Muscular Atrophy. The review features a series of real-world studies and meta-analyses investigating the long-term effectiveness and safety in a wide range of Spinal Muscular Atrophy types, including in adult populations.
