Research Review members can claim time spent reading our reviews for continuing professional development from the following professional bodies
The Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD) has approved all Dermatology Research Reviews for accreditation as a Category 1 Education Activities – Professional Reading and Study. Activity should be logged in hours. For further information including the ACD CPD Handbook and other resources, please click below.
The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons allows general activities including journal reading and researching clinical information including digital resources to be included as part of members CPD (max 20 points per annum) such as Research Reviews.
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) CPD Program allows participants to claim hours spent in private reading of journals under ‘Section 4 – Self Guided Learning’. Research Reviews can be included as ‘Self-Guided Learning’.
RACP MyCPD participants can claim the time spent reading and evaluating research reviews as CPD in the online MyCPD program. Please contact MyCPD@racp.edu.au for any assistance.
RANZCO has approved AU & NZ Eye Health Research Review as a CPD activity.
Participants in the ANZCA CPD program, may claim the reading of Research Review publications under the Knowledge and skills activity Journal reading, at 1 credit per hour.
CICM have approved CPD hours for Emergency Medicine Research Review – under the educational activities category.
